We are looking for an experienced Brand Lead to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers.
The role requires you to be an expert at developing human-interest stories with visual/graphics and web-friendly content. You will work with a team of writers, video editors and graphic designers for brand building across platforms, internal/external communications and social media marketing.
Ultimately, our ideal candidate should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure brand consistency, build customer engagement, and a positive customer experience.

Someone who excels in curating well researched articles, email copies, product descriptions, newsletters, brochures, and press releases etc.
Someone who can direct and motivate teams of graphic designers, video editors, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
Stay up-to-date with developments and brainstorm new ideas to draw the audience's attention.
Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
Proven experience as a creative/brand manager or in a similar creative role
Outstanding story-telling skills
Clear understanding of the brand's audience and knack for identifying what works and what doesn’t.
Familiarity with social media & trends in social media
Excellent writing skills
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management/team building skills
