Skills Required :
- Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of basic analytics principles with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and derive actionable insights from data.
- Machine Learning Knowledge: Familiarity with various machine learning models, with an understanding of their appropriate applications and limitations.
- Feature Engineering Expertise: Ability to select, create, and modify features to optimize machine learning models, including techniques for feature scaling, normalization, encoding, and dimensionality reduction.
- Statistical Knowledge: Proficiency in hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, and other statistical methods to support data-driven decisions and ensure robust model development.
- Self-Starter and Problem Solver: Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, demonstrating initiative in finding solutions and tackling complex problems.
- Strategic and Creative Thinking: Capacity for strategic planning, with a knack for innovative problem-solving in complex scenarios.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in Python for data analysis and machine learning, along with SQL for database queries and data manipulation.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Machine Learning
- Proficiency in other languages like Python, Google AppScript etc.
- Familiarity with AWS stack
