Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Lead end-to-end design projects, including branding, infographics, web, and print materials. Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control.
- Digital Advertising & Paid Ads: Ability to design visually appealing and effective ad creatives for various digital platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Experience in crafting targeted ad campaigns that resonate with diverse audience segments.
- Process Optimization: Implement methodologies like DesignOps to improve workflow efficiency.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality designs.
- Innovation: Promote experimentation, integrating new tools and design methodologies into the workflow.
- Design Execution: Develop and maintain style guides for brand consistency. Oversee design projects across branding, infographics, web, print, and marketing materials.
- Quality Control: Review and ensure high-quality output from the design team.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) & Figma
- Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Dimension, CGI), along with experience in motion graphics and video production, is an added advantage.
- Expertise in digital advertising, with a strong track record of creating effective ad creatives for platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of design systems and their management across digital platforms.
- Led internal team skill-building initiatives and workshops.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the creative field, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading teams, including mentoring fresh graduates.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in project management tools like Notion or JIRA for tracking progress and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design visions and work with cross-functional teams.
